Meet Our Staff

Raelynn Nelson MS, RBT

I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over eight years. My journey began in high school through a LINKS program, where I had the opportunity to mentor peers on the autism spectrum. That experience sparked a deep interest in supporting individuals in meaningful ways. A few years later, I was formally introduced to ABA by a friend, and I quickly developed a strong passion for the field.Driven by this passion, I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Psychology with the goal of becoming a behavior analyst. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to empowering the individuals I serve—helping them navigate life’s challenges, discover their interests, and build skills that support a fulfilling and meaningful life.
